I am super excited about the Super Bowl….commercials this weekend! My husband’s team lost so we are not rooting for anyone in particular. Guacamole Ingredients
2 Avocados from Mexico, halved with pits removed
10 grape tomatoes
1/2 cup diced yellow onion
1 lemon, juiced or 2 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup cottage cheese
1 Package Old El Paso Mild Guacamole Mix (coupon here)
1/2 cup diced pineapple
Guacamole Instructions
Scoop out avocado and place it in a medium size mixing bowl.
Mash the avocado with a fork or potato masher.
Add lemon juice to the avocado. Mix it up well.
Add diced tomatoes, onion, pineapple cottage cheese, and packet Old El Paso Mild Guacamole Mix into the mixing bowl. Stir the mixture until the ingredient are combined.
Chill for at minimum one hour before serving.

1 cup diced pineapple

Follow instructions on the Old El Paso Stand ‘N Stuff Tacos
When you add the water and taco mixture, add in the pineapples as well.
