During pregnancy, keeping moist is key to prevent stretch marks and feeling comfortable. According to what I have been reading online, 90% of women get stretch marks from pregnancy. I hope to be in the 10% that does not get any stretch marks. I started using coco butter first, but the smell of coco makes me nauseated.
I found a great deal on NIVEA lotion at Sam’s Club. You can see the entire shopping experience on Google +. The smell of the NIVEA lotion is very mild and has not been causing any sickness. I have been using the lotion constantly since my purchase. I have been in constant state of lubrication for the last few months in the hopes of preventing stretch marks. Avoiding stretch marks is important to me as I would like to continue being able to feel confident and healthy in a bikini.
My favorite part of the lotion is that it sinks into the skin and doesn’t dry out my skin like some lotions do. I find that expense is not an indicator of a lotions quality as I have spent way too much money on lotions that did not penetrate my skin and actually felt as though it dried it out.
To care for my emotion heart and the baby in my belly, my husband has been using the NIVEA lotion to massage my aching lower back. It makes me feel much better as my back has been killing me lately and helps us connect with my husband.
